I am originally from Shirley, IL, and grew up on a farm and cattle feedlot. I attended Illinois State University and got my first degree in Ag Business. I met my husband Scott on a cattle drive to Detroit in January of 2008, and moved to Oklahoma a year later! Our son was born in 2011, and after he started school, I decided to go back to school to get my Ag Education degree from NWOSU. I student taught here at Shattuck in the spring of 2018, and loved it so much, I convinced them to let me stay! Our son has also become a proud Shattuck Indian, and my family has grown to love this community.
I have a passion for all things agriculture, and am excited to help students explore various careers in the industry.
